Privacy Policy

TGKW (天工开悟, "we", "us") provides the tgkw.ai website, the TGKW desktop client (a browser with a built-in AI assistant) and related online services (together, the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, why, how we use and protect it, and how you can manage and delete it.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

Account information: account name, display name and login credentials (passwords are stored using one-way hashing).
Task content: the tasks, follow-ups and answers you give the AI, and the projects and workflows you create.
Connector authorizations: credentials you provide when you choose to connect a third-party service, such as platform API keys, email app passwords, or access tokens obtained when you sign in with Google or Microsoft.
Uploaded content: images you upload, for example for image generation.

Information generated when you use the Service

Task execution records: the steps the AI takes, text snapshots and screenshots of the page being worked on, and the tables and images produced, so we can show you the process and results.
Billing and usage records: model usage, number of generated images and similar, for billing and reconciliation.
Logs: access time, IP address, client version and error information, for security and troubleshooting.

Information kept on your computer

Browsing history, cookies, saved passwords and bookmarks in your browser environments stay on your computer. Only when the AI is performing a task for you do we receive text snapshots and screenshots of the page it is working on, to decide the next step.

2. How we use information

To provide the Service: carry out the tasks you give the AI, read or write data in third-party services you have authorized, and generate images.
To show you task progress and results, and keep your task history, projects and workflows.
For billing, reconciliation and abuse prevention.
To keep accounts and systems secure, troubleshoot problems and improve reliability.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising.

3. Connected third-party services

Connectors (such as Hualu Cloud Warehouse ERP, Walmart, Shopify, Gmail, QQ Mail, 163 Mail, Hotmail / Outlook.com, Notion, and Google Docs / Sheets / Drive) are enabled only after you connect them. We access these services only when a task you give the AI requires it, and only to the extent needed to complete that task. Actions that change content or send anything outward, such as sending email or writing data, require your confirmation every time. You can disconnect at any time in Settings → Connectors; we then delete the stored credentials.

Google user data

When you authorize TGKW to access your Google Account, we may access: your Google account email address (to identify the connection); the content of Google Docs and Sheets you point the AI to; the list and content of files in your Google Drive (to search and read files at your request); and documents and spreadsheets we create for you. We use this data only to complete the tasks you give the AI and to show you the results.

TGKW's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In particular, we do not use Google user data to provide or improve features unrelated to the user-facing features you use; we do not transfer it to others except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with your consent; we do not use it for advertising; we do not allow humans to read it unless we have your affirmative consent for specific data, it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), it is necessary to comply with applicable law, or it has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations; and we do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Microsoft user data

When you authorize access to a Microsoft account such as Hotmail / Outlook.com, we access your basic profile and email (to search and read messages, and to send messages on your behalf after you confirm). The same purposes and limits as for Google user data apply.

4. AI processing

To perform tasks, task content, page snapshots and the necessary connector data are processed by AI models that we deploy or call. We do not use your task content or data from any third-party service to train generalized models. To make a saved workflow run faster next time, we store a short summary of the last successful approach within that workflow; deleting the workflow deletes it.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on servers located in mainland China.
Communication between the client and the Service is encrypted with TLS.
Connector credentials (keys, app passwords, access tokens) are encrypted at rest; the interface shows only the last few characters.
Staff access to user data is restricted and limited to what is needed to resolve issues you report or to keep the Service secure.

6. Retention and deletion

Connector credentials: deleted immediately when you disconnect. You can also revoke TGKW's access in your Google or Microsoft account settings.
Task records: after you delete a task it is no longer shown and is purged from our systems within 30 days.
Account: contact us to delete your account; we delete your account and related data within 30 days, except billing records we are legally required to keep.

7. Sharing

We do not share your personal information except: when you ask us to (for example, when the AI sends an email or writes to a third-party service at your instruction); with service providers that help us run the Service (such as cloud servers), who may process data only on our instructions; or when required by law or necessary to protect the safety of users and the public.

8. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal information, withdraw authorizations, or delete your account. Contact us using the address below; we respond within 15 business days.

9. Children

The Service is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.

10. Changes

We will post any update on this page and change the effective date; we will notify you of material changes through the client or by email.
